Return & Exchange Policy
At Meem, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy applies to all orders within Pakistan and our international regions (UAE, UK, USA, Canada).
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products. For exchanges:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- For international orders (UAE, UK, USA, Canada), the customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs unless the item is defective.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original method of payment or via bank transfer.
- In Pakistan, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- International refunds may take 10-15 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
