Business Partner Terms & Conditions

These Business Partner Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the business relationship between MEEM Enterprises ("MeeM", "we", "our", or "us") and any individual or business entity applying to become a Business Partner through our platform.

This Agreement applies to all approved:

  • Manufacturers
  • Brand Owners
  • Wholesalers
  • Distributors
  • Resellers
  • Business Partners

By submitting a partner application, supplying products, listing products through MeeM, or participating in our partner program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional written agreements entered into with MEEM Enterprises.

1. Partner Eligibility

To become a Business Partner, applicants must provide accurate and complete business information. MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application at its sole discretion.

Applicants may include legally operating businesses, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, brand owners, retailers, or individuals authorized to sell products through the MeeM platform.

2. Business Models

MEEM Enterprises supports multiple partnership models depending on mutual agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturers or Brand Owners supplying products to MeeM for sale.
  • Wholesalers or Distributors providing inventory while retaining ownership until products are sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Business Partners or Resellers promoting MeeM products, generating customer orders, and earning profit or commission according to agreed pricing.
  • Products owned and stocked directly by MEEM Enterprises.

The applicable business model for each partner shall be determined through mutual agreement and may differ from one product category to another.

3. Product Standards & Quality

All Business Partners are responsible for ensuring that the products supplied to MEEM Enterprises are genuine, legal, safe, and accurately described. Counterfeit products, copyright-infringing goods, prohibited items, or products that violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited.

Business Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate product information, specifications, pricing, images (where applicable), and stock availability.

4. Pricing & Commission

Pricing and commercial terms shall be determined through mutual agreement between MEEM Enterprises and the Business Partner.

  • Manufacturers, Brand Owners, Wholesalers, and Distributors: Platform fees or commissions generally start from 10% and may vary depending on the product category, sales volume, and individual agreement.
  • Business Partners / Resellers: Resellers purchase or promote products using the partner price provided by MEEM Enterprises. Resellers are generally free to determine their own selling margin unless a minimum advertised price or other pricing policy has been agreed in writing.

MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to update pricing, commissions, or commercial terms after prior discussion with the relevant Business Partner.

5. Orders & Fulfilment

MEEM Enterprises manages customer order processing, packaging, dispatch, and delivery unless otherwise agreed.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, products will normally be dispatched after order confirmation.
  • For non-COD orders placed by Business Partners or Resellers, payment must be received and verified before dispatch.
  • Business Partners supplying products are expected to maintain sufficient inventory and provide products within the agreed fulfilment timeframe.

Repeated delays, stock shortages, inaccurate product information, or failure to fulfil confirmed orders may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or termination of the partnership.

6. Returns, Complaints & Product Responsibility

Business Partners remain responsible for the quality, authenticity, and compliance of the products they supply. If a customer receives a defective, counterfeit, incorrect, or materially different product due to the Business Partner's fault, the Business Partner shall cooperate with MEEM Enterprises to resolve the issue promptly.

Where applicable, the Business Partner may be responsible for replacement costs, return shipping costs, refunds, or other reasonable costs resulting directly from their error or breach of this Agreement.

7. Warnings, Suspension & Termination

MEEM Enterprises believes in maintaining fair business relationships. Where possible, genuine mistakes will first be discussed with the Business Partner and an opportunity to correct the issue may be provided.

However, MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Business Partner account without prior notice where there is evidence of:

  • Counterfeit or fake products.
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
  • Fraudulent or deceptive business practices.
  • Repeated customer complaints caused by the Business Partner.
  • Supplying illegal, unsafe, or prohibited products.
  • Serious violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law.

Where appropriate, MEEM Enterprises may also report such activities to the relevant authorities and pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

8. Confidentiality

Business Partners must keep confidential any customer information, pricing arrangements, commercial information, or other non-public information received through their relationship with MEEM Enterprises. Such information may not be shared, copied, or used for any unauthorized purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The MeeM name, logo, website content, branding, marketing materials, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of MEEM Enterprises unless otherwise agreed in writing. Business Partners may not use MeeM branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

10. Changes to this Agreement

MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to amend these Business Partner Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
