All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders placed through MeeM are subject to acceptance, verification, and product availability. MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Available payment methods by region are as follows:

  • Pakistan Store: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Secure Online Payments.
  • UAE Store: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Secure Online Payments.
  • UK Store: Secure Online Payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Online payments may be processed through our authorized payment service providers. Orders paid online will be processed after successful payment authorization. Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after successful order confirmation where applicable.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable local currency of the respective store. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and issue a refund where payment has already been received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

MEEM Enterprises delivers products through its regional stores and fulfillment network. Estimated delivery times are provided for customer convenience and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs clearance, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Pakistan Store: Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days.
  • UAE Store: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
  • UK Store: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories where applicable.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. MEEM Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, products sold by MEEM Enterprises are not covered by a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided, its terms and conditions shall apply exclusively.
