Vendor Terms & Conditions

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Meem (www.meemgoc.com) and the applying Vendor. By registering as a vendor or submitting products/services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Onboarding and Registration

Vendors must provide accurate business information, including legal name, address, and contact details. Meem reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application at its sole discretion.

2. Product & Service Standards

• Physical Goods: Must match descriptions exactly and meet quality standards for Pakistan, UAE, UK, USA, and Canada markets.
• Digital Services: Vendors providing digital services must ensure they hold all necessary licenses and intellectual property rights.
• Prohibited Items: Counterfeit goods, illegal software, or items violating local laws in our operational regions are strictly prohibited.

3. Fulfillment and Shipping

Vendors are responsible for ensuring orders are ready for dispatch within 48 hours of notification. For vendors using Meem's logistics, goods must be delivered to our fulfillment center at:

4. Commission and Payments

Meem shall deduct a pre-agreed commission on each successful sale. Payments to vendors will be processed on a weekly/monthly cycle (as per individual contract) after the customer's return window has expired.

5. Returns and Chargebacks

If a customer returns a product due to vendor error (wrong item, defective product), the vendor will bear the full cost of shipping and the refund. For digital services, chargebacks due to non-delivery of milestones will be the vendor's liability.

6. Confidentiality

Vendors shall not disclose any customer data provided by Meem to any third party, nor use such data for independent marketing purposes outside of the Meem platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. Meem reserves the right to suspend vendor accounts immediately for breach of quality standards or fraudulent activity.
